bad service

the worst service ever, from the inception date until present the service has been so **********, firstly the technician sent to my place to install was very *********** he downloaded an App on my phone with the incorrect vehicle that I don't know, I have been calling them to rectify with no luck instead they keep sending me sms and email of the movements of the vehicle I don't even know, no one is willing to assist but they keep on debiting my account. I'm actually paying them to monitor someone else`s car, they don't even deserve a single star.
