Bad service

I had a terrible service from the company, I called to ask for a location of my vehicle and I didn't get help for the whole day on Saturday the 8th July. The lady was very rude and she told me that they having technical issues and she will call me back. After several attempts of calling her I didn't get answers. Up until Monday no one called me from the company. It's not safe to have their unit at all.
