Bad service

This is the worst tracker company. Their account department is a mess, for the entire period of my contract i did not get 1 tax invoice or a statement. The billing is not up to date, even the debit order doesn't run concurrently.

Insurance companies don't even know them as a tracker company. I cancelled my contract 2023 May , i was told to pay a cancellation fee of R600. I chose the deposit option as i could not trust their debit order system. I only got the banking details on the 24 June 2024 after i had to call numerous times and sent emails. The service is pathetic
