Bad service

It's been over 2 weeks that I logged a query as my vehicle is not tracking and one of their agents told me that I should park my car and not use it. Then during some time this week I was called by Nico that he would come to investigate on the 5th of April but he didn't come and when I called him he told me he received no job card but I had been trying to call him to confirm the appointment but he never responded to my calls.
