Amber connect has the worst service

I’ve been trying to get a tracker de installed from a written off car for over two months now. The customer service is thee worst I’ve ever experienced! The one consultant recommended I get a reinstall instead and sent a technician to install a new tracker on my second car and the technician left out the panic button till today. I’m so tired of following up!!!
