Endless problems with Fidelity Debt Counselling.

Hello everyone, I would like to know if anyone else has had problems with Fidelity Debt Counselling. I have had numerous issues with them and have received no assistance. My 84-month debt repayment term ended in February 2024, but they continued to debit my account even after the term was over. I had to stop the debits myself. Additionally, there are two accounts that still claim I owe them money. I have been emailing Fidelity Debt Counselling since then, but I have not received any replies. If anyone else has experienced similar issues, please come forward.
