Daycare all about money and not toddler care.

Please be careful of the owner of this daycare!

When my son wasn't happy at this daycare anymore after crying for 3 months when I had to get him to school, I decided to took him out. The owner wanted to know why and I told her my reasons why I think my son is not happy anymore being: when I enrolled him, there was only 17 kids and she said to me she will not take in more as her space is limited. Only one room (old store room / guarage renovated in a day care) to accommodate all kids. There was only 1 baby at that time and the rest were from 2 - 5 years old. In this year (2018), she took in more babies (I counted 4 or 5) without any notification to the parents and the number increased to 24 kids. all in ONE room.

She put tape around her grass and yelled at the kids to not walk on the grass.

Her own child was also in the school and I walked in on several occasions where her child bul**** some other child. My own child complained of her child hurting him. At other times I will fetch my kid, and all the kids have to be inside expect her own child with his one or two favorite friends.

After explaining my reasons to her, she responded that my reasons is 'not valid'.

I paid her one month's notice , however in the contract stood 2 month's notice payment is required. I informed her that I am a single mom and I really can only afford only one month as this is also the usual notice period for a school. She told me that she will take me to court and I have to pay her lawyer's fee as well.

I responded in that case, I will not pay one month's notice and keep that for the lawyer's fee.

She agreed thereafter, I can pay her one month's notice, which I did the very same day. One month later, she billed me again for another month as well as for 'late payment'.
