The company Dishfirm is part of the Company Fibresat DSTV installers. On a call out they initially stated that the dish must be replaced for R2800. On refusal they then ‘located’ the problem and replaced the ‘eye’ for R450. Then wanted to charge additional R250 for dish alignment on top of the call out fee of R350. It was more an ******ion process than an ethical repair process. In my opinion this company is dishonest.
