Fibreasat DSTV Installers - ******!!!!!!

They should not even get 1 star!!!!!!

On 11/09/2021 we requested the services of Fibresat DSTV installers *** and email ***) to do a dual view split. All they had to do was install the wire from the dish to the new TV in my mother-in-laws room and do a duel connection. We supp**** both the DSTV decoders and dish that was already installed. They charged us as follows: Call out: R350.00 Installation: R700.00 Top BOX: R110.00 (What is this?) Set Up: R300.00 Total: R2430.00 This is a big amount to pay and one expects the service to work once you have forked out this amount. 2 Weeks later we started experiencing issues with the connection, and was not able to watch dual also we did not have the full package only compact. We contacted them and asked that they come have a look to see what was going on. Only then did they inform us that the wire was cracked and that we need a new dish and that this will cost us an additional R4000.00. Needless to say we asked them to leave our property as they are ******. Today 29/10/2021 we requested the assistance of an alternative installer which informed us that the installation that was previously done was done incorrectly and that Fibresat DSTV Installers were taking a fat change. The guys that come out today was very professional and resolved the issues with in 30min and replaced the wire that was damaged and all the fittings at a cost of.........wait for it...only R517.50.

I would suggest that you black list Febresat DSTV Installers as they are giving the rest of the industry a very bad name and reputation. I'm not ever sure if they are listed as an accredited installer with MultiChoice
