Faulty sensors

I purchased 2x sensors and both are not working, it cost me R2237 for 2Librelink sensors which one sensor worked for a day which kept on giving me low readings and when I checked my glucose with the glucose machine my reading was fine then it gave me an error message the second sensor while waiting for an hour to start working it gave an error message so my problem is why sell something that doesn’t work and on the pamphlet it tell you that pharmacy cannot assist you. This product needs to be taken off the market if we are going to pay for sensors that do not work.

I’ve bought the sensor before and same thing happened and they sent me a new one and it worked very well but I just thought the mistake was only with that one. Now I bought two and they all don’t work
