Having problem with my Jacuzzi - Heat controller trip switch keeps tripping<br> Went to see Fibre Pro Pools and requested help to solve problem<br> Was charged R500.00 as a service call out fee and was told if not serious fault no other charge to be paid<br> The staff came the next day and spent no more than 10 minutes and told me they would have to replace the isolater and 2 circuit breakers.<br> Next day got invoice and the charges were as follows: Isolater 62 Amp R440.00, 2 circuit breakers 62 amp and 25 amp R72.28 each. Call Out and Labour R900.00. The job would take 15 minutes max.<br> Bought the parts from a local electrical shop and the parts cost R212.04.<br> Rips me off by R372.52 and then still wants to charge me R400.00 to change the parts.<br> Phoned the office and was told that was the price and if I don't like it get somebody else.<br> Then phoned her husband and explained the situation. He said he would look into it and come back to me.<br> He phoned back and said he and his wife had an argument and it was not worth fighting with her.<br> An electrician said the fault lay with the heating element and was told if I installed isolater and breakers I would risk burning wires. HOW TO LOOSE Customers!!!
