Poor customer service

Fibreline Pools installed my 3 x 6m swimming pool and pave around it a year ago. 4 months ago I've noticed that the swimming pool is losing water, if filled to the required level the water drains to certain level and the whole paving around the pool is lifting and sinking in the ground. Only to find out that there is a hole on the wall next to refuse bucket. I have called Jan and he came for inspection which he undertook to fix everything. He disappeared and after calls and WhatsApp messages he promised to fix when rain conditions stop. The rain conditions stops , I called again and he said he will be at my place on the 3rd Oct. I left the gate open at my property when I was leaving for work so that they can get access. To my shock and disappointment that when I get home after work they did not pitch and he never even bothered to let me know that he isn't coming, let alone the risk of leaving my property gate open. I called him again and he told he will fix my swimming pool when he " feels" like it. This is frustrating to get such services from people they called themselves professionals
