Bad Service, **********, *****, Do not use

We contracted the services of Jan Freylink from Fibreline Pools to put in a pool in our home in Durbanville.

After the job was complete, the pool lights were not connected and he was supposed to come back and fix this.

In the interim, all the paving around the pool subsided and sunk/collapsed. After agreeing to come and fix it, nothing has happened. They do offer a 5 year warranty as well on workmanship, which clearly means nothing to them.

After a year of numerous calls, messages, voice notes and empty promises, our pool is yet to be finished.

We have paid 95% of the bill, however presume he feels the fixing of a bad job is not worth it.

Poor service, poor business ethic, unreliable.

When threatening legal action, he gave us the thumbs up sign.

Wish we had read these Hello Peter and Google reviews before contracting him for the job.
