Time to repair a Fiat 500 Abarth

It takes more than a month for a Fiat 500 Abarth to be booked in for a repair. I have sent multiple emails (more than 10 days ago) to Fiat and have yet to receive a reply. If I had known this I would never have purchased a Fiat. Is this the type of service I must expect?
