Smash&Grab Not Fitted Window Mechanism Mulfunction

After three visit to the dealership my window mechanism was finally replaced under warranty. As a result of this a new window had to be fitted. <br> <br> The new window was fitted by the smash and grab was not replaced. I was told that i had to pay for this separately which i find unreasonable as it was not my fault that the window was damaged by the fault mechanism. <br> <br>
