No service, lack of people s****s and no idea what their doining.

<p>I ordered a new key for my car on 11 Feb 2017 when I was told that it will take 2 weeks for my key to arive. I only recieved my key 3 weeks later and R950. Then I took my fiat stilo active 1.6 16v to fiat for coding of the key on 13 Mar 2017 and had to wait 3hours and another R950. I drove home everything was working fine till the next morning while driving the car gave me a over heating signal so I pulled over to check the liquids. After finding that everthing was 100% with the levels and no leaking any where. When I tried to start my car again it gave the message "car security system". I got the AA to tow my car back to fiat montana and they said they will keep me posted. After which I had to call them several time the next few days cause there was no communication from their side. They then explaind that the battery polls were dirty. Then after another call from my side the consultant said that the altinator had a spike that blew my epu and it had to be replaced R15 500. After the epu was replaced I called again and the starter had to be fixed. On the 24th I called again to hear that the car starts but the error that I initially took it in for the over heating problem still comes up. This morning I called AGAIN. and as usual the consultant dit not call back so I went to fiat. After which I spoke to the service manager for the 3rd time and the over heating is still not sorted. He assured me AGAIN. that they will call me before end of business today. So to conclude, my car was working with no issues, I had to take it for key coding which they did I drove it 5km and the 1st error over heating popped up within the 24hrs I got my car back from coding, since then the epu had to be replaced, the starter had to be fixed, the heating proplem has not been taken care of and ive been with out a car going on 3 weeks and they dont even bother to keep me posted at all... and cant rely on other people for a lift to work any more as im in property sales and rentals.... </p>
