I went to Fiat in Zambezi on Friday the 22nd and got to the parts department to order service kit major and minor. I was told that some of the parts I will only get them on the 27th. The 27th I got there and had to wait for the parts until the afternoon, I understood that waiting as its the festive season and most people are on leave. The invoice had an item written just kit. When I got home to unpack with my dad there are no plugs. It was already in the evening to gt hold of the parts department. First thing in the morning on the 28th before I tried to call them. I tried their phone more than 19 times and couldn't get hold of them. Eventually they picked up their phone. The consultant who was helping me is Stephan Visser I told him that the theor kit does not have plugs and he rep**** with confidence that my box for packed by his big manager there is no way that he couldn't included them. So in my mind the manager doesnt do any mistakes he is super perfect. Later on when I called to give them the invoice number he tells me actually the plugs are not included on the invoice if I want help they would gladly help me I should come back to the dealership. My questin is how are the plugs not included on the service kit. Why should I buy a service kit and plugs on the side. It's not the first time I buy service kit. I always go to Fiat in Bryanston and request the service kit and their service is excellent they have never disappointed me and on another note I have to go back to Zambezi to change the fan belt the one they gave me is big. Imagine I always buy this things at the dealership so I don't encounter such incompetence and run arounds but Fiat Zambezi decided to show me flames. I am so disappointed already drove from Hammanskraal to Zambezi twice for them so now have to go back again to change the fan belt. I don't understand how they work and they even took my vin number I'm asking myself what we're they doing with it. What stresses me a lot is a paid for a service kit as well as plugs on the side. FIAT Zambezi is just a mess.
