I will recomend to all my friend's to avoid Fiat

my car is punto EVO walked 45000 Km, i was have a problem from one year ago in the Automatic oil because it was fell on the floor , i checked the problem with fiat agent in the obbour city branch and they told me that one part of automatic unit was damaged and they will change it with 3000 EGP , i said ok and they changed it , <br> <br> Now my car walked 73000 Km and the same problem happened again ,i went again to fiat agent and they told me that i must change the same part again with the same cost but its not the only problem they told me they may be found any other part cause the oil issue after they fix the pervious part it will need extra fees .<br> my point how come they didn't know the main reason for the issue and the second point how many times i will pay this amount to avoid this problem again in my car .<br> please reply to me ASAP as i faced a lot of bad attitude from fiat in egypt and they didn't care with the customers satisfaction <br> Noting that I did all the pervious service and maintenance in the fiat agent<br> If i not received any satisfaction feedback from your side i will repair my car out of Fiat agent and i will share my story in all the avilable media channels (facebook.etc
