Greedy & *****

I am extremely disappointed with the way Fiat dealership in Montana is treating me. I posted a review on the 29th and to my surprise their attitude got worse. I went to the dealership on the 4th as they provided me with a big fan belt and when I got there Stephan Visser really acted up on me and I quote " he mentioned that he is unable to help me and will gladly give me my refund without even asking for it" I agreed to getting my refund for the incorrect parts and he promised to transfer the money in two days" today is the 9th I still have not received anything. on the 8th I took a liberty to follow up with him he said he is still following up, I am still waiting for feedback from him. I don't know what the dealership wants me to do. I regret ever buying parts from them I will stick to being loyal to Bryanston dealership it is the best. Montana dealership still owes me my car door lock and told me they have ordered I don't think I want to deal with them anymore. I want my money back so I can purchase everything from Bryanston. I'm tired of driving 107km for nothing. Its strenuous and far to always go to their dealership for nothing. Stephan Visser and your team can you kindly give me my money back. It is way overdue and you don't even bother updating me on whats happening. I called yesterday and you promised to check with the accounts department but I still have not heard anything from you. So what you are telling me is you want me to drive a car without a fan belt what if it breaks. If it does you are to blame.
