Full Maintenance Contract

I have an Abarth with a full maintenance contract. According to Fiat SA, this full maintenance contract does not cover any electrical problems. The vehicle is a 2013 Abarth and has only 50000klm on the clock. The original maintenance contract was extended at great cost, but when experiencing an electrical fault with the boot not opening, I was informed that this is not covered by the maintenance contract. Having had many vehicles with maintenance contracts previously, I find this extremely strange. On requesting a call centre agent for a supervisor/manager to call me in connection with this on Wed 15 November 2017, I have still not received feedback.
