Fiat- worst buy and very poor service

On the 31st of Jan my car gave transmission issues and I had to tow my car to a dealership on the 1st of February. The car only has 26000km and just keeps on giving issues. As of today I still do not have my car back. I am paying for my car but do not have it. I have no update as to when it will be ready. They will not be paying my car premium while I do not have my car and I have not received a loan car. Definitely the biggest mistake of my life buying a Fiat.
