FIAT SA AND FIAT KNYSNA MOTORS DEALERSHIP POOR SERVICE

I am staying in George and the nearest FIAT agent is in Knysna. Parts take up till 4 days to arrive and then if you want it sooner the client must pay the cost as well as the cost to get the part from Knysna to George. If you phone the Dealership they tell you that they will come back to you after three hours you as client must phone again. This is not my problem as consumer that I must pay for my parts as the two franchise that was in George closed down due to poor service. Fiat do not understand that if your vehicle is stranded you cannot generate an income , because the only thing they tell you that is how their system works. Absolute poor service. Guys please do not buy their products as you will get no service from them.
