FIAT DEALERSHIP ***********, HIRES RELAXED AND RUDE CONSULTANT

I am so disappointed with Fiat dealership. I am even tired of making follow ups. I purchased a service kit and door lock on the 22nd December 2017 and was giving challenges as the fan belt they gave me was huge and my worry is I bought the fan belt from them not from any other spares that don't specialize with FIAT parts. I was told that the door lock will be ordered from overseas and I will only get it on the 31st January 2018. I have been following up with Stephen Visser from Fiat Montana and even today he is unable to provide me with the exact date of when I will receive the door lock. I took the liberty to check with Fiat in Fourways of the exact dates they receive their orders when they purchase them in overseas. I was told it takes 21 days . Stephen Visser as never in one day had the decency to call me to update me about my order. I decided to seek help from their Head Office in Midrand and spoke to the lady by the name of Zanele believe you me Fiat Dealership hires people with the same caliber. I spoke to that lady a week before last I can reassure you even today I haven't heard from her. The only thing I received was the case number sent on the 22nd March and after that I had to follow up again and spoke to Katlego who promised to get Zanele to call me I am still waiting. I then called again last week and was through to the guy by the name of Kele. Believe you me he said he will escalate the matter and ask his manager to call me, I am still waiting for the call. So in total I have dealt with 4 people, Stephen Visser from Montana and 3 consultants from Head office and none of them was interested in helping me. I am shattered. It is now going to be 4 months waiting for 1 part. I am so heart broken and don't have energy anymore. If Fiat dealership cant come to the rescue so why should we continue buying their cars knowing very well if we want to service we really struggle. I really need help with this matter. I am tired of purchasing airtime to make follow ups and nothing comes my way.
