Faulty Tyres on a new vehicle

We bought new Fiat Ducato in 2018. When we received it, there were rust marks on the metal strips of the vehicle. When the odometer read just over 11,000 km, we started experiencing a shudder on the steering column. We started troubleshooting by having the wheel alignment and balancing done at Tiger Wheel & Tyre. This did not solve the problem, and TW& T referred us to Trent Tyre. Trent tyre did a thorough inspection and showed us that two tyres were out of round, and could burst at any moment. Trent Tyres said that although the tyres were new, they were of poor quality and definitely not safe. Note that Trent Tyres did not have tyres in the size needed for the Fiat Ducato in stock, and charged us nothing for the assessment. We reported the faulty tyres to the Fiat Group, as we thought all customers with new Fiats fitted with Nexen tyres should be warned. Fiat appointed Minty's Tyres to inspect the tyres. Minty's reported it was our fault, as the rims were bent. We googled MInty's Tyres and saw that this company had a terrible reputation, with an average customer rating of one star. We thought we must have bought a new Ducato with bent rims, as we drove only on good roads. Fiat did not warn other owners of new vehicles. Fiat Group did not take responsibility for the faulty tyres, as their contract stipulated that tyres were not included in any warranty. We had to replace all our tyres at our own cost at TW&T. We wanted to replace the so-called danged rims, but TW&T reported to us that only the one had a slight nick, which could not have caused damage to the tyres. In the meantime, we have seen on Facebook how another Ducato's tyres had burst, causing an accident.
