Extremely poor service

Fiat 500 car 29,000 klm now has transmission fault on screen Took it in too be looked at . They did not ring me yesterday to tell me the fault or quote . I had to ring them today, then told Acuator fault . Quote R7000 to look and see what the fault maybe. Out of warranty.
