Poor Service Experience on

I bought a brand-new Fiat about a year ago and have already had trouble with it three times. Most recently, last Thursday, the gearbox failed on my way to work.

I took the car in, but the service has been terrible. I’ve had to do all the follow-ups myself, and even getting a courtesy car has been a constant runaround. Despite being told my courtesy car was approved, I’ve received no call and no car — it’s now day five without assistance and that’s excluding the weekend .

I’ve spoken to Jessica in service she would tell me she will call me back when she gets feedback and I’d get no call back, requested to speak to the dealer principal Vishal but was refused by receptionist Gugu. Each time I’m promised a call back — from Vishal, from technical manager Marius — but no one follows through.

This dealership has shown zero accountability or customer care. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor: don’t buy a Fiat and don’t use this dealership.
