Horrible car sale experience

<p>My husband bought a car from Fiat Chrysler Fourways in January and TO DATE we have not received spare keys to the car.</p> <p>We have to call them every now and then to follow and they on numerous occasions **** to us saying they received the spare keys from the previous owner.</p> <p>Also when we took the car it had damaged mags and they said we should bring it in anytime to fix. We struggled to get them to fix those. It was ONLY after my husband went there and demanded that they give him a courtesy car while they fixed the mags. That car he was given was also not registered to be on the road.</p> <p>It just goes to show that the ONLY thing they are after is a sale for which they stoop as low as lying and making empty promises, after which they do not give a **** about the customer.</p>
