Bad service

Dealing with this dealership distracts completely from the fact that Jeep is acctually a nice vehicle to own. I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (one of the top of the range vehicles they have on offer) (Not that this shoud be the determining factor of service levels) and yet, the lack of communication, even the inability to answer a phone call annoyes one to the point of selling the vehicle just to purchase an Audi or similar to recieve better service.

Take note Jeep fans, keep your vehicle away from these guys. They will only cause you pain and suffering.

I wanted to book the vehicle in for service, only for the service advisor to say "Let me check if we have parts..." Are you kidding me???

Should any dealer not stock basics? Brakes, oil filters, Fuel filter...blah blah blah.

And just try to give them a call to find out when you can collect your vehicle, you get shunted around so much so that you have to call the dealer principal to get an answer.

Catch a wake up Jeep SA, your people on the ground are letting you down.
