9 weeks in shop with no end in sight

<p>My car broke down and was towed to FIat Chrysler Fourways 9+ weeks ago.</p> <p>I do not get my service adviser on the phone, so I have to physically go into the store to receive any information on my car.</p> <p>In all this time I was phone 2 times, and that was only to tell me the quote on the work.</p> <p>They have not even tried to offer me a courtesy car in all this time.</p> <p>Still today there is no specific day/ time that my car will be ready.</p> <p>My car was supposed to be ready 2 weeks ago, then last week, then today. Now it is still going to be some indertermined time in the future.</p> <p>This whole experience is the worst experience of any service in any field I have ever had.</p>
