Network down and confused

Your service manager/foreman dismissed us with a remark that his maintenance shop is booked. We had then to wait between the confusion and haggling for bogey cords for a Siena 2006 engine on a Saturday morning, because your shop network was down. And to top it all, the attitude we received was confusion, because no one could go into the spares room to search & get the spare. Get your staff informed when technology is not available and trained on people skills. This is South Africa and women in this country are independant from their men. We demand respect and efficiency.
