Cant drive in a damaged car

I called fiat on Saturday to book my car in for a CV problem..I was told that i could bring it in on Tuesday. This morning i got a call telling me that the man i spoke to did not know that they are fully booked. And that they only have three technicians so they are only booking in 10 cars a Day. So i will only be able to bring my car in on Monday next week. So in other words. There is a lack of communication. I am a college student, time is not something i have to waste. I would expect a company of this size to be able to system in place to prevent situations like this. This is the first time i have ever gone to fiat and this is the impression i get from them. I am extremely disappointed with there service.
