Worst service ever!

The worst service of my life, i app**** for a loan and it was declined. Then the next day Akashia sends me an email with a loan agreement to sign and a debicheck which i accepted. Later in the day Ronel send me an email saying my loan is declined.The funny thing is that they are doing this to me for the third time.
