Useless and terrible customer service

I have paid my account up in March 2024. They firstly refused to give me a paid up letter which I did eventually receive in May. I have been trying to get it removed off the credit bureau from March. They keep submitting evidence to Transunion stating that the account is still outstanding. I am now reporting this to the credit ombudsman. This company is useless.
