Update on their portal

I paid an amount of R400 to settle on the 19th of December 2025. Today is the 5th January 2026 still not cleared on their portal as settled. I have been sending numerous emails to no success.i mean I no longer owe them they just need to clear me as I fully paid up. I am not happy at all as this blocks me to apply for loans
