Update my score on the credit bureaus

I settled my account through Ver-tex solutions on the 27th of August 2021 and I have a paid up letter to prove it, even today my credit score is still not updated with the credit bureaus, my home loan application was recently declined because of this today I am homeless because of this companies, can someone please take accountability for their actions
