Speedy Customer Service

Great experience dealing with Finance 27. They supp**** me with a payday load in 2022. I had an issue early last year with being able to pay them back, but they assisted with installment options. This year I noticed a small issue with a flag on my credit record stating that I had missed payments on that payday loan. I contacted their customer support (dealt with Razaan) and he sorted everything out for me in less than 24hours - paid up letter supp****, and ITC updated. I thought I was going to have to fight to have this sorted out, but it was some of the best customer service I've received. 10/10
