REFUND SHORT AND NO RESPONSE

I was due a refund of R2936.61 and first the consultant told me I would receive it on 08/03/23, I followed up on 10/03/23 and she said the refund had been processed to a STANDARD BANK account meanwhile I bank with CAPITEC. They then refunded me with R2597.81 on 10/03/23 and I emailed on 13/03/23 to find out why I haven't received the full amount and have yet to receive a response, R338.80 is not small change to me or in this economy. They are unprofessional, *********** and I would recommend everyone to stay far away from them.
