Poor customer service

Poor customer service from Janine from finance 27. I submitted a request for a refund on the 23 of January as my account was overpaid, I was advised it will take 2 business days, I am still waiting and for a response from her. I have sent numerous follow ups without any luck. Whether the refund amount is R50 or R5000 customers should be treated fairly, one does not know the urgency or why the funds are needed.
