Please help

I am actually having an account with finance 27, unfortunately I got retrenched from my job and I couldn't pay the debt.I have got a new job now but when I call finance 27 to arrange payment, They said they have escalated my account to Vertex solution debt collectors and that is fair enough to me as couldn't pay them at the time. I am now frustrated with fact that vertex solution are not willing to help me. I have sent them emails so many times until one of their agent calls but couldn't finalise as she said she will call me again she just want to comfirm the amount with fin 27, till today they have never call me. So now please fin 27 advice me on what steps should I take rite now as I want to pay this account becouse your debt collectors are not helping rite now, *** *** ***
