PATHETIC SERVICE RECIEVED FROM Marli Botha!!!!!!

I settled my account on the 23rd of MAY 2022. I requested a paid up letter and Marli provided me with a paid up letter confirming that the account has been paid in full. Now only this month, I get emails and call from their collections team telling me that I owe them R225 for interest and fees, yet they updated my ITC profile as paid up, they gave me a settlement amount I settled and a paid up letter. This company is a ****, if there is one thing I regret is asking for financial assistance from them!!!
