Pathetic service
I have a small loan with finance 27. The debit order instruction was to go off from my account on the 25th. The debit order went off unpaid I have been emailing finance 27 as to how I could repay the loan
The consultant Simone keeps on responding with being absolutely no help saying she cannot provide the banking details to me where I can make the payment to.
How could it be so difficult
Some consultants at that company are absolutely of no help what so ever
I need to get resolved as a matter of urgency.
