Pathetic Finance 27 legal department

A round of applause for this companies lack of outstanding service. I inquired a paid up letter to be sent to me & I received it on black and white, signed by the manager Rolanda Swart. A few days later I received multiple phone calls from Finance 27 legal department saying I have ‘x’ amount left to be paid. This AFTER making sure everything is paid up and I even have the paid up letter as proof! I get told that ‘My apologies on the mix up of the accounts’ from an employee. Are you telling me you couldn’t check the account with MY details which I provided? That I might’ve paid for someone else’s account? This signed under management?! Are you stupid? Threatening me with legal action?? On the wrong doings ON YOUR part? I have been talking to ‘Tadi’ from legal department, on whatsapp but all Tadi is good at is reading messages and not replying? The efficiency and customer care service of this company is beyond flawed! Pathetic!

I want a full copy of all MY logged payments ASAP! If this affects my credit, I will be taking stringent legal action. This time make sure it’s correct. Account number: 477615
