I did and early settlement ON 25/07/2023, Your guy's feedback was: Good day,

Please find attached your paid-up letter.

The request has been escalated for your ITC to be updated accordingly.

Please allow 14 – 30 days for it to be updated by the Credit Bureau.

Well guess what I'm still waiting, I did my part please do yours? this is really unprofessional and NO customer service at all.
