Paid Up Account

I paid my account in full on 21st October 2024, I have been trying to follow up and no one can tell me when will my account be updated or get paid up letter,they told me they are waiting for Payovers from collection agency but cant tell me when will I get feedback,Razaan Jackson never responded when I asked when can I get feedback ***
