NOT HAPPY

I requested a payday loan. The process was not concluded. The loan gets paid out two days or so later and I then requested or the money to be reversed but was informed that it cannot be done. I then paid the loan with interest for the time period sent email to legal department as well as to a consultant and was debited again for in March. I am not impressed and have now paid two amounts for one loan that had a technical error and was not concluded. I dont mind having to pay the one amount for the early repayment but to bve debited again. That is ********. If i made an error on the referencing the company needs to trace the fund and correctly allocate the details to the correct recipient or loan.

Im not happy but will await the response.
