Please can you guys update my credit bereau record. I have paid up this account a long time ago. Sent you guys email you dont respond

Good day Please advise if you can assist. My account was paid up on 15 June 2021 in full. – SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT FROM TADI showing a zero balance. My default has not been taken out from the various credit bureaus yet and neither is it reflecting as paid up. Please can you update my paid-up status on the bureau listings as this is having an adverse effect on my bond application
