No loan payout after contract signed

I app**** for a loan at Finance 27 on Wednesday and signed the contract and did the debit check as requested before payment can be made and today is Friday and still no loan has been paid out. I even emailed yesterday to follow up if payment has been made yet and I received no reply at all from them as yet.
