No help from Finance27
I took a loan with Finance 27 it was in erears I made payment today and have been trying to get in contact with them as its paydate and they debited,but no response to all emails.I dont want to find myself in arears and I want to reapply but also on the App it still sais I am in arears.

26 Mar 2025, 18:09Finance27 reponded to my quiry and did resolve my matter that has atleast put me at ease but I am still not happy as their usual customer,my balance was fixed and is at 0.0 except they are now telling me that the error on my App will be updated in 7days,wich I dont understand as I have made payment.And as a company I trust to always run to when i need urgent cash I now am unable to reapply an have an emergency.How is it that the App cant be updated immidiately
