****MERS & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is absolutely ridiculous! I took a loan from you guys on the 29th of April, got approved and accepted the debit check on my banking app. Today it's the 8th of May and no money had gone into my account! I'm frustrated, been trying to call but nobody answers ever! I've been sending multiple email and nobody responds! I'm worried that by month end the money I got approved for will go off my account but I never got a penny from you!!!! THIS IS A MAJOR **** AND PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF YOU! I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING! I NEED A RESPONSE ASAP!!!!
