losing a job because of you

It so unfair that I have to be punished because Finance 27 and their Collector did not update each other. I am sitting here with a paid up letter that finance 27 claims to not have received from their collector refusing to have this removed on my name. I have an offer that expires today because my credit report is not clean. This is so unfair to me and my children , do you guys even know how long it took me to get this role.
